The lock is pretty high quality. For people who cannot pair, i found a couple of tricks. Haven't installed it yet but see pairing below.

Once the batteries are in and the device is on, open the tuya app then + new device. You need to do 1-1-smart then 123456 and press smart another time and it will add the device. Once pairs, to add the fingerprints, you need to set the code first and it will let you add after. I hope this helps someone else having trouble pairing.
