Nexora Scheduler Privacy Policy

Nexora Scheduler, also called Clearline Scheduler, is a local Mac application operated by NexoraLogic exclusively to organize and publish content for its own Facebook Page. It is not offered to other users or businesses.

Information handled

The app handles selected videos, file locations, captions, posting schedules, Facebook video IDs, publishing statuses, and manually entered performance information. When automatic comments are enabled, it also handles comment text and submission records.

Storage and authentication

Library and scheduling records are stored locally on the operator’s Mac. Source videos remain in their original locations.

Facebook Page access tokens are held in memory during the session, are not saved in the app’s library, and are forgotten when the app closes.

Information sent to Meta

At the operator’s request, the app sends selected videos, captions, scheduled times, and authentication information to Meta. It reads publishing statuses and, when enabled, submits automatic comments.

Meta processes information it receives under its own privacy policies. Published content is subject to the applicable Facebook audience settings.

Use of information

The app uses information to organize content, schedule and publish Reels, check publishing statuses, and perform operator-enabled comment functions.

Retention and deletion

Local records remain on the Mac until the operator deletes them. Deleting local records does not remove content already submitted to Meta.

Scheduled posts, published Reels, and comments can be managed or deleted through Facebook or Meta Business Suite. App access can be revoked through Meta’s account settings.
